These first few days since the regional track meet have been the mildest, warmest days yet this spring. The woods has responded with very prolific growth. I have responded with some of the best runs I've had in quite some time.
Much higher water levels in Calmus Creek and the Winnebago River.

Put in 5 miles on the trails Monday with a 3 mile hike at night. A very good 7 mile run yesterday, and another 6 today with a 3 mile hike at dusk.
